The Urban Arts Leadership Program Fellowship is Very Busy

The Urban Arts Leadership Program Fellowship is very busy during this segment of the program year. One component of the fall schedule platforms capacity building weekend sessions that are required in an effort to strengthen the pipeline to success for high achieving young leaders.

The workshops are intensive and require great effort and attention to detail from the UALP Cohort of Fellows. The faculty of workshop facilitators are hands-on and interactive and present during the months of September, October, November, and December. Workshop content includes CV and resume building, grant writing, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, fundraising, organizational structure, community engagement, as well as racial justice and equity training.
