BYA Seeks Facilitators for Winter and Spring Sessions

BYA is currently hiring for Winter, and Spring quarters. We are seeking facilitators for visual, writing, and performance classes at one or more of our four teaching sites (the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center, The BYA Community Studio, Thomas JS Waxter Children's Center, and the Lillian S. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and two years' experience working in academia, or a community education setting. Master's degree preferred.

Ability to design, develop and implement community education programs, and manage execution in multiple locations. Ability to accurately forecast and track unit revenue and expenses. Experience in program budget management, and skilled at managing program expenses efficiently. Knowledge and experience with educational programs in a community or educational setting, preferably in the visual arts.

Hunt Valley Symphony Orchestra auditions
