Reginald F. Lewis Museum Seeks Coordinator of Public and School Programs

The Reginald F. Lewis Museum is seeking a Coordinator of Public and School Programs. The Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of all public programs, school groups and tours, assisting with the development and teaching of education programs, as well as training and coordinating program-related volunteers. The Coordinator of Public and School Programs will report to the Director of Education and Visitor Services.

The Walters Art Museum seeks an experienced curator with expertise in Asian Art, preferably with a focus on South and/or Southeast Asia, and a familiarity with issues surrounding cultural property. The Walters’ collection of Asian art includes over 9,000 objects from East, Southeast, and South Asia, including ancient bronzes; arms and armor; carved jades; ceramics; ivories; important sculptures in stone, metal, clay, and wood; paintings; and works on paper.

Youth are supported in leadership development within the program in addition to career and higher education planning support to provide youth long term economic independence.
