Executive Director's Letter

After three years of extraordinary leadership, David Mitchell founder of the Urban Arts Leadership Program(UALP) has accepted a position as Creative Director of the Motor House Performance Center where he will be programming innovative, diverse, and inclusive events. The GBCA Board and staff are grateful for David’s many contributions and excited to see what amazing things he will bring to his new role and to Baltimore’s creative community.
As a result of this move, and with the generous support of the contributors listed below, GBCA is now searching for a full-time program manager for the Urban Arts Leadership Program. Interested candidates may find the posting here.
