Feed Your Soul With Gratitude To Nonprofits

Worn out from Black Friday and Cyber Monday? Want an alternative to consumerism?

Hot on the heels of the Thanksgiving holiday, you can now feed your soul with gratitude for the amazing work of nonprofits throughout the region with your support of #GivingTuesday.

GBCA, along with many of its members, is participating in this national day of generosity. Your gift to GBCA will help sustain programs that strengthen cultural organizations and artists through advocacy, professional development, funding, building audiences, and more. A community with a strong arts, culture, history, heritage, and humanities ecosystem is a great place to live, work, and play for everyone.

Will you consider making your gift today to the Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance online at www.baltimoreculture.org/donate ? Help Maryland win the honor of Most Generous Stateby contributing to charities participating in #GivingTuesday today!

In other exciting news, GBCA is pleased to welcome Vickie Hubbard, as the new executive director of the Modell Performing Arts Center at the Lyric. Vickie is a native of Pennsylvania's Dauphin County with 25 years of experience in the live entertainment business. The announcement of Vickie’s appointment was accompanied by the news that GBCA member, Ballet Theatre of Maryland will now be in residence at the Lyric—congratulations all around!

All the best and happy #GivingTuesday,
Jeannie
