BMA Seeks Registration Office Intern

The Registrar’s Office is seeking a Fall Intern to assist with updating exhibition history for individual objects and incorporating that information into the object’s record files. The Intern will learn the steps of processing collections maintenance paperwork and also work in our collections management system (TMS) to ensure the records reflect accurate and complete information.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working in TMS (The Museum System) database
  • Updating physical and electronic object records

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Object Management Database experience a plus
  • Cataloguing experience a plus
