Rickaay's HouseRules
"Rickaay's HouseRules" is best described as "whatever Rick wants to play, honestly" and man oh man, is there a LOT Rick wants to play.
Ricky Jefferson, piano and synth
Noah Pierre, guitar
Miles Malone, bass
Jordon Stanley, drums
Ricky Jefferson is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, accompanist, and educator who works in the Baltimore-Washington area. His early influences come from his parents: Earth, Wind and Fire from his mom, Chicago House mix tapes from his dad. However, later influences come from a wide net of creatives -- the Beatles, a Tribe Called Quest, Herbie Hancock, Daft Punk, and Koji Kondo to name a few. Ricky is a product of the internet age, for his love of learning and creation comes from the easy access to information and professional tools the internet brings to the world. Ricky's work with the Noah Pierre Band, MLLN, and Sunstrider show his dedication to the keyboard, but his collaborations at Extreme Lengths Productions, Howard Community College, and the UMBC Jazz Ensemble show his dedication to art as a whole. Ricky's goal is to immerse himself in a world of creativity through any and every medium possible, and it's obvious.
