Quadball Returns to Howard County
This August, the 12 best teams in North American quadball descend upon Troy Park in Howard County, Md. for the 2024 Major League Quadball Championship. Catch every dunk, dodge, and tackle as teams battle their way towards a best-of-three finals for their chance at glory and the Benepe Cup!

Technical Talk Tuesdays (TTT) is a free quarterly series sponsored by the Discovery Center at Waters Edge (DCWE) and the Northeastern Maryland Technical Council (NMTC). Designed to engage the community, especially youth, the series covers cutting-edge technology (iDisrupter Series) like AI, advanced 3D printing, and quantum computing, as well as the history and evolution of technology (Science Series). The goal is to ignite interest in science and technology and foster the future STEM workforce.

Aubrey Paris and Emily Black, hosts of the hit National Treasure Hunt podcast, break down the film's history, science, ciphers, and movie magic in their debut book, National Treasure Hunt: One Step Short of Crazy. Now they're visiting Baltimore County Public Library, Essex Branch, for a 20th anniversary screening of the film, followed by a Q&A session and book signing.
