Join us every third Wednesday at the Cabaret at Germano's for Baltimore's Best Open Mic Night. Dinner is served beginning at 6:00. Sign-up is at 7:00 and the performance begins at 7:30. Nicole Zuraitis blends bountiful songwriting skills, an effervescent presence and dazzling vocals in a consummate package that has thrilled audiences across Manhattan and across the world.
Choral Concert: The Thirteen
This concert features “The Thirteen,” an all-star professional choir known for inspired and powerful live performance. Founded in 2012, the choir performs a repertoire ranging from the Renaissance to the Romantic, from Bach to Bruckner; and from Gregorian chant to the world premieres of new American composers. Its artists are from among the finest ensembles in the world, including Chanticleer, Seraphic Fire, Apollo’s Fire, Conspirare, I Fagiolini, Opera Philadelphia, Boston Early Music Festival and Trinity Wall Street.
The Thirteen - Free Concert
The Thirteen, an all-star professional choir known for inspired and powerful live performance, will present a FREE concert with renowned organist Jeremy Filsell on Thursday, October 18 at 7:30 p.m. The concert, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day, will be held in McDaniel College’s (Big) Baker Chapel. The choir will perform it’s program, “i write your name”, featuring Poulenc’s Figure Humaine and Duruflé’s Requiem. The Thirteen will also present a Masterclass at Big Baker Chapel at 4:15 p.m. Both events are free.

Juanito Pascual and the New Flamenco Trio
Juanito Pascual’s New Flamenco Trio creates a unique world music experience fusing traditional Spanish flamenco with elements of jazz, pop, and rock music, and performing with virtuosity and passion. A native of Minnesota, Pascual studied flamenco in Spain and has traveled the world with his organic blend of traditional and contemporary flamenco with far ranging influences. The trio will include Pascual on guitar, Brad Barrett on bass, and Guillermo Barron on percussion.
A SPECIAL EVENING WITH CHRIS URQUIAGA
Chris Urquiaga, is an exciting singer-songwriter & pianist whose songs infuse sounds of pop, R&B, and Latin music. He performs music in English, Spanish, & Portuguese.
In July 2018, he released a Latin pop single, “We’re One”, along with its Spanish version, “Amor Profundo”, available on iTunes and all the music downloading sites on his upcoming new album, “I’m Here.”
Free Community Sing
Baltimore Choral Arts presents Free Community Sing in collaboration with Northside Baptist Church and the Community Concert Choir of Baltimore. Join us together in song and fellowship as guest conductor Michele Fowlin leads everyone in a spirited evening filled with gospel music and spirituals.
Free Community Sing is open to ALL, no prior experience in singing or reading music is necessary.
Refreshments will follow the performance.

The Nostalgix have been performing for 11 years. Together they bring a diversified sound from four talented professionals. Each member brings his own style and together they create harmony that is both appealing and exciting.
The Nostalgix have shared the stage with The Duprees, The Classics, The Tokens, Larry Chance and The Earls, and The Passion to name a few. In 2007, The Nostalgix took the stage at MetLife Stadium and performed at the Richard Nader DooWop Spectacular! With 50 plus years of experience between them, they are sure to bring enjoyment to any crowd!
Vivaldi Four Seasons
Led by early music specialist Nicholas McGegan, the program features two BSO violinists in Vivaldi’s beloved Four Seasons. Experience the enchanting incidental music Schubert wrote for the Viennese stage play, Rosamunde. Schumann’s Konzertstück, or Concert Piece for Four Horns, is almost as spectacular to see as it is to hear.
Dani Cortaza Quartet
The exciting sounds and rhythms of South America are coming to Montpelier Arts Center in October. Masterful guitarist Dani Cortaza performs a program of Argentine folk music seasoned with elements of jazz. The colorful music of Argentina includes styles such as the urban-born tango and the chacarera, zamba, and chamamé rhythms of the countryside. His band includes Argentine vocalist Cecilia Esquivel and, Uruguayan-Argentine pianist Federico González Peña. Bach-appella!
Bach in Baltimore’s annual “Free Fall Baltimore Concert” features a rich mix of a cappella music from ancient through Baroque eras. Also featured will be great American choral classics including Spirituals and whimsical arrangements of beloved classics.
