Her "Far North / Down South" Fall tour 2019 started in Florida, and works it's way trough the American heartland with a stop at Americana Fest in Nashville. The tour then continues all the way up to the border of Canada, over the Upper Peninsula and then back to Florida along the east coast - a round trip of nearly 5000 miles. Most of the concerts will take place in intimate venues, a perfect setting for an evening of heartfelt music and interesting stories about the people and places this European songwriter have met along the road trough the 47 states she's toured trough. She will be sharing a variety of songs from her 7 full length albums, as well as some new tunes from her upcoming album, due to be released early next year.

She has been compared with giants like Joni Mitchell and Judy Collins, as well as fellow Swedes "First Aid Kit", but has her own raw quality, a down to earth sound that makes her brilliant songwriting skills shimmer even more. Sofia Talvik was charting as the 3rd most played artist on Folk Radio USA in December, and her Christmas album "When Winter Comes" charted as no 5. Her Christmas single charted as no 7.
