Executive Directors that are in the early years of their position are invited to attend these roundtables designed to provide leadership development in a supportive, confidential peer environment. The Roundtables include discussion of leadership challenges and sharing of successes around leading staff, developing a high performing board of directors, leading organizational change, advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, collaboration and advocacy, and other areas.
