David Hess's Gun Show will be traveling to Johns Hopkins for a one-day exhibition in the Glass Pavilion. The show will be on exhibit from 12 PM to 5 PM with a panel discussion @ 4PM with the Gun Show crew.
MICA presents a screening of Wild Style, the classic 1983 docudrama that celebrates the colorful lives of teens who live in the South Bronx and helped introduce the world to break dancing, graffiti art and hip hop. Following the screening, there will be a panel discussion with director Charlie Ahearn, MC Busy Bee Starski, graffiti artist Lee Quiñones and DJ Grand Wizzard Theodore.
McDaniel College students compete for a $10,000 top prize in this annual competition put on by the college’s The Encompass Distinction program in innovation and entrepreneurship. Finalists present their entrepreneurial ideas and products to a panel of experts. The event is sponsored by McDaniel College alumnus Dennis Sisco ’68 and Alexine Lesko through The Sisco Fund for Enterprise Management. Call 410-857-2290 for more information.

Featured works are Samuel Barber's Piano Concerto with the 2nd prize winner of the 2015 Concerto Competition - Sarah Barham, and Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 4.
