Thinking, Learning, Understanding: How Liberal Education Can Make You a Better Citizen
The Graduate Program in Liberal Studies and the Office of Graduate Admission present "Thinking, Learning, Understanding: How Liberal Education Can Make You a Better Citizen" with Michael Wood on Wednesday, April 12, at 6:30 p.m. in the Andrew White Student Center, Fourth Floor Programing Room on Loyola's Evergreen Campus.
Michael A. Wood Jr. is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, retired Baltimore police sergeant, Ph.D. candidate, leader in police reform with the Civilian-Led Police Model, and the founder of Veterans Stand. He is an activist, strongly advocating for those oppressed by social injustices, and he fights with determination and compassion for the rights of all citizens.
