Make the VLP Library your first stop at this fall celebration. Dress in costume and join the fun! Families will pick up a treat and event passport at the library and then follow the clues in the passport to find and visit each neighborhood station. Each stop will feature a treat or grab-and-go activity! The event will be outdoors weather permitting or in the VLP Library if raining.
