Returning for the spring semester, Crickets is a fun, play-based music and movement class for boys and girls ages 4 to 6. Try out the first class without committing! Trained teachers engage the body and the mind in joyful music-making through musical games and movement. Offered by Children’s Chorus of Maryland (CCM), Crickets gently encourages young children to explore the voice as their first true instrument. Offered entirely online this spring- our next 6-week sessions start January 16th. Small classes limited to 8 children, with multiple start times!
Children’s Chorus of Maryland has spots open in our beginner choir starting January 2021 for children currently in Kindergarten through second grade. Young choristers attend live, small-group, playful musicianship classes Wednesdays & Saturdays, led by one of our Kodaly-trained instructors, all of whom hold masters degrees in music education.
