About Matrimonial
Ballet Theatre of Maryland presents Giselle, one of the most popular Romantic ballets of all time, for the first time in our 43 year history. The story brings together an engaging mix of human passions, vengeful ghosts, and the transcendent power of self-sacrificing love. With coveted virtuoso roles and an iconic ‘white ballet act’, this 180 year old tale stands the test of time - perhaps because love and heartbreak resonate with us all.
