This free event allows young people (ages 7 to 14) to showcase their baseball and softball skills while earning a chance to attend and perform during the MLB® World Series!
Athletes are tested, and their measurements are recorded. Based on their scores, they advance from a local event to a Team Championship held in MLB stadiums. Top scores then qualify for an all-expenses-paid trip for two to compete at the National Finals, which is hosted at the World Series.
The Happiest Morning in Maryland is right around the corner! Lace up and join the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maryland for the 12th Annual Red Shoe Shuffle 5K Run & Walk on Sunday, April 16, 2023, beginning at 8:30 am. This year, we’re shuffling for the KIDS! With thousands of runners and walkers joining together as one super (and red & white striped) community, we show our RMHC families that when the going gets tough, they have our support and strength at their backs, ready to cheer them on.

Join us as we begin streaming virtual video experiences for group fitness classes, kids programming, a Shabbat community experience for our Early Learning Center families, wellness resources, and more. URecFit Group Exercise goes online! All classes will be available for registration on URecFit Live. You are not required to be a URecFit member to sign up! Registration will remain open until the group exercise class begins. We recommend registering and joining the class 10 minuters prior to start time to ensure your audio and visual components are working properly. We will be using Microsoft Teams as our platform for delivery. Each instance has a unique Teams link that you will see at the bottom of your confirmation email.
