Margaret Atwood is a prolific author of 18 books of poetry and 18 novels, including The Handmaid’s Tale (now an Emmy-winning television show on Hulu), as well as 11 nonfiction books and nine collections of short stories. She will give a lecture at Goucher College as part of a visiting professorship series.

The Robert and Jane Meyerhoff Visiting Professorship at Goucher College was created to bring distinguished scholars, teachers, and practitioners to Goucher’s campus to advance local and national dialogues on pressing issues of our time.
