The Danish String Quartet’s joy for music-making and “rampaging energy” (The New Yorker) is entirely infectious. The dazzling Grammy-nominated group – three Danes and a Norwegian – perform Schumann, a uniquely curated suite of dances, and Schubert’s reflection on mortality, the turbulent and riveting “Death and the Maiden” quartet. There will be a Pre-Concert Talk at 6:30 pm. A live concert streaming option is also available for ticketholders who are unable to attend in person.
