This talk, built around eight provocative examples including Sen no Rikyu's tea room in Kyoto, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and Beijing National Stadium, will offer a look at some of the most important innovations in modern and contemporary architecture, while also emphasizing the role of emerging technologies and theoretical discourse.
