Join the Howard County Arts Council for a free reception for our current gallery exhibits, Art Maryland 2018 and Director’s Choice.

A biennial juried exhibit, Art Maryland 2018 is a premier showcase for regional artists. This year’s guest juror is Cara Ober, a Baltimore-based artist, writer, and founding editor of BMoreArt, Baltimore’s online art magazine and print journal. Ober will offer remarks and present juror awards during the reception.

Director’s Choice is an exhibit curated by Arts Council Executive Director Coleen West, featuring artwork selected from this year’s Art Maryland entries.

Art Maryland 2018 and Director’s Choice are on display from November 2 through December 14, 2018. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, and Sunday 12-4pm. Closed November 23 & 24.
