The Harford Plein Air Festival Collectors' Preview Party is an annual outdoor painting competition and gallery sale presented by the Maryland Center for the Arts. The Collectors' Preview Party will be held Friday, September 28, 7:00-10:00pm at the Bel Air Armory in downtown Bel Air, Maryland. Guests will get to meet the juried artists participating in Harford Plein Air, see the paintings created of outdoor locations in Harford County, and will get to see which paintings win awards from art judge, Michael Skalka, Conservation Director at the National Gallery of Art. Tickets are $35 per person, and can be used towards the purchase of a painting.
