Instructor, Angela Taylor is a passionate believer in the healing power of nutrient dense foods, and embraces the concept of ”food as medicine”. She is the author of The BrainFood Cookbook - Autism / ADHD Recovery using the SCD / GAPS / Paleo diet. Ms. Taylor holds 3 degrees from Johns Hopkins University, and is a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer.
