Street painting, music, theatre, magic, art market, Children’s Chalk Center, al fresco dining. Fifty-one artists from Italy, Mexico and all over the US will paint S.High Street classical and 3D contemporary works with chalk and chalk tempera. The Festival is visually exquisite and this year is enhanced by performances by over 100 musicians— Governor Hogan has named our Festival a headliner of Maryland’s Summer of Music! The theme is “respect” and our artists will give vision and voice to that theme with their diverse and insightful approaches. Join us!
