3rd Annual Baltimore Beefsteak Oktoberfest
Celebrate Oktoberfest in a unique way! Don your favorite fall attire or go with traditional Bavarian garb and head out for the “Beefsteak.” The Beefsteak concept is a boisterous, all-you-can-eat feast that originated in the 1800s with an emphasis on beef, beer, and brass bands as well as the camaraderie of dining at a communal table. Family and Children Services is delighted and eager to revive this concept and bring it back for a third straight year.
The 3rd Annual Baltimore Beefsteak Oktoberfest is set to take place on Friday, October 12 from 6:30-11:30 pm at the Accelerator Space (417 Benninghaus Road, Baltimore, MD 21212) to benefit Family and Children’s Services. The event will feature music and entertainment and food for meat-eaters, seafood lovers and vegetarians alike as well as an assortment of microbrews, small craft bourbons and wine. Tickets are $200 person and can be purchased by logging onto www.baltimorebeefsteak.com or by calling 410-366-1980, ext. 245.
