Wellness Wednesdays will get you fed and fit during this Summer with FREE Yoga sessions, healthy food trucks on site and giveaways and product sampling.
Rain or shine Event Schedule:
4pm- 4:30pm -- Registration and Waiver Sign-up
4:35pm to 5:35 pm -- House/Restorative Yoga
5:30pm-6pm Serve Food/*Yoga freestyle
