De-Clutter Your Mind to Find What Really Matters: A Journaling Workshop
De-Clutter Your Mind to Find What Really Matters:
A Journaling Workshop With Anne Barney
Saturday, May 19, 10:00-5:00
Fee: $120
Is there a closet in your house filled with boxes of things that you no longer need? Perhaps this clutter prevents you from finding what you are looking for. Our minds fill up, too, with plans, lists, details, worries, unresolved problems, lingering grief, old criticisms, and negative judgments, things we no longer need and that no longer serve us. Journaling can help us clear out mental and emotional “clutter” and enable us to find what really matters: new ideas, creative expression, and the inner wisdom we have accumulated through our life’s experiences.
In this workshop, you will learn techniques to access your subconscious mind, relieve strong emotions, notice life patterns, unlock messages in your dreams, experiment with written expression, and honor your autobiography. For journalists of all ages and experience. Please bring a bagged lunch or visit a nearby food store.
