Mental Health Education Conference for Faith Leaders
Join NAMI Metro Baltimore for the 3rd Annual Mental Health Education Conference for Faith Leaders.
Community faith leaders will learn current information about mental health and trauma in the greater Baltimore area. Hear from fellow faith leaders who lead mental health programs in their communities and organizations. Individuals and family members will also share their lived experiences and the role faith has played in recovery.
Participants will gain strategies for "Creating a Culture of Wellness" in their faith communities. You will learn what role faith leaders can play in ending the stigma surrounding mental health conditions, including offering effective support and connection to resources to community members.
This one-day conference is open to any faith community leader, including ministers, rabbis, imams, youth and lay leadership, and campus-based leaders.
Registration Details
