The Maryland Half Marathon & 5K returns to Maple Lawn this year with 100 percent of the net proceeds benefiting the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center. This race, which will be held for the tenth year in a row, has raised more than $3 million for cancer research. Ten years and 130,000 miles have helped to make significant strides in the fight against cancer by supporting research that has benefitted countless patients and their families.

All Half Marathon & 5K participants will receive a customizable fundraising page and are eligible for race premiums. This year’s Maryland Half Marathon & 5K will also feature a Kids Fun Run, Kids Zone for families with children and a post-race festival.
