Renowned director Donald Hicken narrates this delightful Christmas classic with music by Nancy Krebs. Following the reading, he will be joined by BSA students and colleagues, Nancy Krebs and Becky Mossing, who will lead the audience singing seasonal favorites.

A multi instrumentalist (piano, guitar, cornet) Craig Gildner started playing guitar in 1979 and has led several successful larger swing era groups here in D.C since 1999. Recently he’s focused on the demanding yet satisfying chord melody guitar style of the late 40’s and 50’s. In September 2017 at the encouragement of fellow guitarist John Pizzarelli, he began playing 7 string archtop guitar and fascinated by the possibilities of the instrument, hasn’t looked back. His approach evokes greats such as George Van Eps, Barney Kessel, Tal Farlow and Wes Montgomery.
