The First & Franklin Sanctuary Choir, joined by guest instrumentalists, presents the 17th Annual Candlelight Choral Concert, a treasured part of the Christmas season in Mt. Vernon. John Rutter's beloved Gloria (1976) for choir, brass, percussion and organ will be a featured work. The program will also include audience singing and a cappella choral music for the seasons of Advent and Christmas.

In addition to street parking in the neighborhood, the University of Maryland Medical Center Mid-Town Campus garage is located one block west of the church on Madison Street and is free on the weekends.
