JEWELS: Journaling to Emerge Wholly Empowered to Love Self
JEWELS: Journaling to Emerge Wholly Empowered to Love Self is a visual journaling program aimed at youth (ages 10 through 18) in Baltimore's disadvantaged neighborhoods to provide them with an outlet to express themselves and their concerns THEIR way, but also constructively. It teaches the healing power of both visual art and the written word, and shows them how to use both to express their feelings and be heard. They are taught self love through self expression, bolstering their self esteem at the same time.

The Annapolis Jazztet is one of the finest small professional jazz groups in the Washington, Annapolis, Maryland and Virginia area. The exciting variety of sophisticated original musical arrangements by music director, Vince Corozine, is reminiscent of the sound of the great Dave Pell Octet in the 1960s. One Night Only - Internationally renowned guitarist Flavio Sala in concert at Sotto Sopra
On Sunday, November 29th Sotto Sopra Restaurant, known for its Northern Italian cuisine in Baltimore for over 19 years, is hosting Italian-born guitarist Flavio Sala who will perform an intimate concert for the restaurant’s dining guests. Sotto Sopra Restaurant, located at the archway of Baltimore’s Cultural District at 405 N. Charles Street plays dinner host to the concert ticket holders. Prior to the concert that starts at 8 p.m., concert ticket holders will order off the Sotto Sopra ala carte menu for the dinner portion of the evening.
