Follow in the footsteps of Baltimore's literary luminaries and discover the elegant brownstone mansions and majestic cultural institutions built by Baltimore's successful 19th century merchants and industrialists. Learn how a neighborhood of scholars, struggling artists and authors, newspaperman, philanthropists and social reformers offered rich opportunities to discuss and debate ideas and open new literary avenues.
Join us for an intro to the Clawhammer banjo style and learn the fundamentals of this very accessible, fun, and increasingly popular style of banjo playing. No musical experience necessary; true beginners are welcome. Students gain an understanding of the basic techniques and skills needed to play Clawhammer banjo. Loaner banjos are available for the workshop and to rent afterwards.

On the eve of the 48th Earth Day celebration, the Saint Ignatius Green Team will present the environmental film Renewal – the first feature-length documentary film to capture the vitality and diversity of today's religious-environmental activists. Renewal is a series of 10-15 minute religious environmental stories across faith traditions, stories from America's religious environmental movement.
Develop authentic relationships, learn to partner well, and craft dynamic scenes. Unpack the art in scene study as you explore staging, working with a director, and connecting through dramatic text. Class meets on Saturdays, April 22-May 13, 10:30 am-1:00 pm
