This class is a celebration of Spring veggies that are fresh, healthy, and local to our region. It is an opportunity to expand your cooking repertoire with both familiar and unfamiliar veggies in time for upcoming gatherings. If time allows, nutritionist, Angela Taylor can answer many questions regarding nutrition, weight loss, paleo, ketogenic, and gluten free diets. Leave with an inspired vision of food and health.
