In dialogue that resonates with everyday poetry, and filled with music both profound and stirring, A Wonder in My Soul looks at the evolution of one family and a whole community through the eyes of two best friends and their lifetime of friendship.

Returning for its 6th season, Christmas Village in Baltimore will once again transform West Shore Park at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor into an authentic German Christmas market! Kicking off the season with the NEW preview weekend (November 17th - November 18th), the event will continue running from Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve (November 22nd – December 24th, 2018). There will be a large variety of weekday and weekend events designed to please young and old which await to be explored!
Directed by Linda Kirkpatrick, senior lecturer in music, the College Band features nearly 50 musicians, including McDaniel students, as well as McDaniel faculty members, band alumni and community musicians, performing everything from classical to pops.

No holiday season is complete without a performance of this great masterwork, including the iconic "Hallelujah" Chorus. A recording of this perennial BSO favorite is released this season on Naxos featuring conductor Edward Polochick and many of the soloists on this performance.

This holiday Brass and Organ concert features the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's "top brass” players (literally!) and organist Michael Britt, who will play Brown Memorial Church's renowned 1931 Skinner organ. The first half of the program will offer traditional brass and organ pieces by Handel, Mozart, and Strauss. It also includes Daniel Gawthrop’s “Sinfonia Festiva.” The second half will present a medley of holiday favorites.
