Join us for a magical evening at the Casey Cares Sea of Hope Gala, where elegance meets ocean-inspired enchantment. Casey Cares is a nonprofit organization that provides uplifting programs to critically ill children and their families.

Japanese recording artist Nanako Sato will join David and Linda Cole of David B. Cole and Mainstreet Blues performing the “Journey of Sound.” Nanako is a concert organizer in Japan. David and Linda perform all genres of music and did a month-long tour in Japan with Nanako in 2025. They have performed at Blues Alley, MidAtlantic Jazz Festival, Westminster Jazz and Blues Nights, Takoma Station, Panama Jazz Festival to name a few.

They will be joined by Pete Frassrand on piano, Emory Diggs on bass and Rodney Mathis on drums.

Baltimore-based saxophonist and composer Liam Hurlbut presents an original song cycle on the theme of “Romance and the Blues” featuring his all-star quintet of some of Baltimore's finest musicians. Specially curated for this performance space, this group will explore some deeply emotional compositions in a modern jazz style. This is certain to be a concert you will not want to miss.
