Visit and shop galleries from 25+ artists during Columbia Festival of the Arts Virtual Fine Arts & Crafts Show. Showcasing juried artists from previous years’ LakeFest event representing a wide variety of media. Held annually the second weekend of June, the Invitational Fine Arts & Crafts Show has been part of CFA’s programming for more than 20 years and we are pleased to continue this tradition of giving artists the opportunity to still reach the greater CFA community despite limitations due to COVID-19.
Students under 18 are invited to enjoy free admission to the museum at the Maryland Center for History and Culture all summer long - June through August. Thought-provoking exhibitions bring history to life using objects, artwork, and documents that engage young visitors in the stories of events and people who have shaped Maryland and America over time, including the new "Discover Maryland" exhibition.

This Special Collections project wants you to document those responses by collecting first-hand accounts through oral history interviews between teens and their parents or guardians.
Created in the style of StoryCorps, the Stories from Baltimore Teens project is meant to encourage recordings that are part conversation, part listening, and all sharing of another's experience.
The majority of Make Studio artists have finally made it BACK to working in-person at the studio, with more returning throughout the summer. And our feelings about that are not small at all! In recognition of our artists returning to the studio, we are having a large sale - our biggest one ever - anchored by a big, lighthearted gallery show that celebrates the artists’ activities, aspirations, and preoccupations while they worked from home and looked forward to being back together.
