Step into the B&O Restoration Shop!
See the progress of the B&O No. 5300 “President Washington” and the B&O No. 3316 Observation Lounge as they undergo cosmetic restoration. Hear about previous restoration projects and see some of the amazing tools built and used by the Restoration Shop.
The shop isn’t open to the public often, so don’t miss out!
For ages 13+. Participants must wear hard-soled, closed-toed shoes. Additionally, each person must complete a hold harmless form upon arrival at the Museum.

A Spooky Evening on the Chesapeake Bay
Step aboard the historic Skipjack Wilma Lee for a special Halloween sunset cruise on the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy a crisp autumn evening on the water with friends, festive vibes, and a touch of Halloween magic. Costumes are welcome and encouraged. Captain Rick will judge the evening’s best costume, with the winner receiving a mystery prize.
We will serve a selection of spooky snacks along with beer, wine, and canned cocktails.
