George Colligan, a Maryland native and Peabody graduate, went on to become an in demand side person and recording artist in New York. He has hundreds of recording credits as a collaborator and bandleader. Also a well known educator, he is a full professor at Portland State University.

Tsukamoto brings a blend of masterful fingerstyle guitar and evocative storytelling that transcends cultural barriers. His artistry, honed at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, has been celebrated on renowned stages like the Blue Note in NYC and the United Nations and lauded for its “delicate, fluid, and beautifully detailed” style by Acoustic Guitar magazine.
An die Musik Live is excited to present a new monthly series featuring Charlie Reichert Powell and New River!
New River weaves, molds objects, plants gardens. The trio's sound and approach is born from Charlie's love for structuring improvisation, puzzles, repetition, and the outdoors, and is nestled somewhere between John Coltrane, Tom Waits, and Ryoji Ikeda. Their debut album releases in late 2024.

What is an improv show, exactly?
The Baltimore Improv Group has improv comedy shows every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7, 8 & 9 p.m. All Thursday shows are free. Friday and Saturday shows are $10.
Improv comedy shows are made up entirely on the spot using audience suggestions! No two shows are alike!
From Friday, March 22 – Saturday, March 30, 2024, enjoy fun for the whole family during Spring Break Skate — Downtown Baltimore’s pop-up roller rink, located in Hopkins Plaza (next to CFG Bank Arena).
