Whether you are an elder online, a son, daughter or caregiver, we encourage you to mark your calendar for the first Sun of each month. Dance & Bmore will be bringing you live music, dancing, 'memory based movement', and games to connect your body brain and loved ones near and far.
Each jam will feature elders from our Forever Fit & Fun Clubs throughout Baltimore. We can't wait for you to get to know them and enjoy their wonderfully creative spirits.
FYI, we modify our movement for those 65yrs + so every part can be done seated or standing.
Every 2nd Sun of the month the Dance & Bmore Ensemble open our doors to area dancers and musicians to join us for a community class. Connect with the dancers, singers and musicians of DAB for an afternoon of creativity and conversation. After class you are welcome to sit in on rehearsal and dialogue about new works and signature repertoire.
