Visit Port Discovery on Friday, November 25th for some special guest programming and Native American art projects in appreciation of American Indigenous Heritage Day. This event is co-created with input from the Baltimore American Indian Center, The Maryland Commission on Indian Affairs and Delwin Fiddler, an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, Sans Arc band, and a world-renowned Native American Performing Artist.

Join us for a special presentation and interactive drumming experience for families. Learn about some of the African traditions included in the exhibition and get hands on with drum and dance! This program is 45 minutes in length. Two identical programs offered this day at 1:00pm and 2:30pm.

MidAtlantic Youth Ballet is once again proud to present its original, full-length adaptation of The Nutcracker featuring landmarks, icons, and culture unique to Maryland. Join in the revelry of the Preakness Party (scene), defeat the Hon Rats at the Battle of Baltimore, have Faith in the Snowflakes, and enjoy a stroll through other Baltimore sites. Unmistakably Maryland Nutcracker features over 100 local dancers, ranging in age from 4 to adult from dance programs and schools all over the Greater Baltimore area.

UMBC's Department of Dance presents the Fall Dance Showcase, featuring a new repertoire work by assistant professor Shaness D. Kemp, and senior capstone works that explore the past, present, and future of the human experience through elaborate and exciting movement.

Get your ugly holiday sweaters ready! The Not So Silent Night dance party at Candy Lane in Center Plaza returns Friday, December 16th from 7-11 pm. Dance all night to sweet beats by DJ Keebee alongside colossal candy canes, ice cream cones, and more.

Original scoring, choreography, and sets combine to bring this story to life. Join us for this family friendly performance as we bring this classic story of life, love, and the pursuit of a higher purpose to the stage.
