Uniting Diverse Artists

Uniting Diverse Artists

The Midtown Academy Board of Directors is hosting a curated art exhibit and silent auction to celebrate and support the Midtown Academy, a K-8 public charter school in the heart of Baltimore's Midtown District.

In keeping with the spirit of Midtown's mission of "uniting diverse communities," the exhibit -- co-curated by Gerald Ross, Director of Exhibits at MICA, and Baltimore artist Tendai Johnson -- brings together the works of renowned and diverse artists from across the region and country, alongside those of Midtown Academy students.

Tickets are $45 in advance, or $50 at the door.

Come out to view and bid on works by: Lillian Bayley Hoover, Allen Bentley, Sasha Blanton, Ellen Burchenal, Carolyn Case, Zoe Charlton, Paul Daniel, John Dean, Linda DePalma, Stephanie Garmey, Amelia Hankin, Ryan Hoover, Frank Hyder, Josie Iselin, Tendai Johnson, Gary Kachadourian, Leslie King-Hammond, Mary Ann Krutsick, Magnolia Laurie, Jack Livingston, Zdeno Mayercak, Quentin Moseley, Lat Naylor, Cara Ober, Michelle Angela Ortiz, Art Rosenbaum, Margo Rosenbaum, Gerald Ross, Joyce Scott, Jo Smail, Judy Stone, Renee Stout, Lynn Sures, Vivian Wolovitz, and Midtown students.
