Hitch Cocktails, Chicago Reader's Best Improv Troupe 2016, is just one of the over 40 comedy acts you can see at Laugh Index Theatre's ninth annual comedy festival, LIT Fest 2019, from June 1-9 in Penn Quarter, Washington D.C. LIT Fest 2019 features the most unique show line-ups as all types of comedy acts are featured in the festival: improv, stand-up, storytelling, sketch, musical, and more. The acts come from all around the country and represent noteworthy theatres such as The Second City. This year's festival also includes workshops for those who want to learn more about or train in the art & craft of comedy.
