The information sessions are designed to give anyone interested in submitting a proposal or application for Artscape, Baltimore Book Festival and Light City an opportunity to learn more about the festivals, hear more about the requirements and ask questions about the application process. Additionally, the sessions provide a chance for artists, businesspersons and community members to meet potential collaborators, network with BOPA staff and hear about locations in the festival footprints that may offer inspiration for proposals and applications.
