Baltimore Int'l Black Film Festival
The Baltimore International Black Film Festival (BIBFF) promotes and celebrates culturally significant short films, feature films and web series directed, produced, and staring African American and members of the African Diaspora. We also prominently feature and celebrate films with content of interest to the Same Gender Loving – Bisexual and Transgender (SGL-BT) community. Our mission is to couple the film festival with education, health and exhibition programs that enrich the life of Baltimore City and the greater Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia community. The BIBFF is presented annually by SOGAA Inc., a federal tax exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and will be held at the historic Charles Theatre, The Motor House, SNF Parkway Theatre and University of Baltimore Learning Commons on October 2-8, 2018
