The 4th Annual Harford Plein Air Festival, sponsored by the Maryland Center for the Arts, will hold its popular Quick Draw Competition on Saturday, September 29, from 8am-noon in downtown Bel Air. Artists of all ages are welcome to enter the timed, two-hour outdoor painting competition, award ceremony, and art sale.

Please note: Artists must provide their own supplies, a frame, blank canvas, and easel. Registration will be open from 8am-9am on Office Street. Timed painting begins at 9am and ends at 11am. At 11am, all artists must frame their paintings and present their easels to line up their paintings for judging by artist Rita Curtis. The Award Ceremony and Art Sale will begin shortly after the awards judging is completed.
