MLK 50th Anniversary: Where Were You?
Do you remember where you were on April 4, 1968 when you heard about the death of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.? The museum will commemorate this day with a short film and panel discussion sharing Maryland citizens' memories of his death. This event includes performances by Slam Poet, Femi the DriFish and stage actor Keith Snipes. Visitors will have opportunities to video record their memories of King at this memorial event.
