Virtuoso violinist Judith Ingolfsson, Gold Medalist of the Indianapolis Violin Competition & a prize winner of the Paganini Violin Competition, and a Violin Faculty member at the Peabody Institute will be joining the WCO for the final concert cycle of the season to perform Mendelssohn’s beloved Violin Concerto. The WCO will perform Haydn's final Symphony No. 104, also known as "London," which is considered the crowning achievement of Haydn's symphonic works.

Artist-run venue The Compound will host a musical and visual art fundraiser for the Baltimore Beat, a Black-led and controlled nonprofit print newspaper. The event will feature performances by popular local musicians Outcalls; Glorian; DJ Ducky Dynamo; and visual art displays by Micah E. Wood, James C. Waller, and Kurt Astudillo; with more artists to be announced. The event is at 8pm with a suggested donation of $15; 100% of ticket sales and on-site donations going to fund the important work of the Baltimore Beat.

A mic, spotlight and a good story is all you need to take a room full of people on a journey. Storytelling is one the most entertaining and impactful forms of live performance. Baltimore Story Fest will highlight the best and brightest storytellers in the region. Storytellers create a tapestry with their words that bring audiences into their worlds. Sometimes you laugh. Sometimes you cry. Sometimes you do both.
The Baltimore Improv Group has improv comedy shows every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7, 8 & 9 p.m. All Thursday shows are free. Friday and Saturday shows are $10.
Improv comedy shows are made up entirely on the spot using audience suggestions! No two shows are alike!
