What's a Crankie? - It's a panoramic scene made with cloth or paper, rolled up inside a box, then hand-cranked so that it scrolls across a viewing screen to tell a story."

The exhibition is display of the compendium of screenprints, drawings, flyers and T-shirts that Kevin has made for his friends and various Baltimore musician's from 2012-2015.

Kevin has written and illustrated ten children's books with Penguin and Scholastic and has won a Society of Illustrators Original Art Award as well as many regional awards. Kevin Sherry formerly owned the T-shirt business Squidfire in Baltimore from 2005-2010. His book, "I'm the Biggest Thing in the Ocean" was in Oprah's book club.
