The “undisputed queen of African music,” Angélique Kidjo is a musical superstar who uses her acclaimed songs to speak to the lives of African women. In conversation with Sheri Parks, Kidjo, whom Time Magazine called “Africa’s premier diva,” will discuss her world activism in and out of the media spotlight and her life — from Benin to Paris to Brooklyn.
